摘  要:以"帕特"("Putter")匍茎翦股颖为试验材料,研究不同程度高温胁迫对匍茎翦股颖叶片枯黄率、相对含水量、可溶性糖、脯氨酸及可溶性蛋白含量的影响,以探讨适宜浓度的外源脱落酸(ABA)与多效唑(PP333)提高其耐热性效应。结果显示,在高温胁迫下,匍茎翦股颖的枯黄率大幅上升,相对含水量迅速下降,尤以35℃为甚。外源ABA与PP333能明显减轻匍茎翦股颖的枯黄率并提高叶片相对含水量。30℃胁迫时,ABA预处理的可溶性糖含量明显高于PP333预处理和直接高温处理,而PP333预处理的脯氨酸含量高于直接高温和ABA处理;ABA处理材料的可溶性蛋白保持相对平稳,而PP333,整体而言,ABA对匍茎翦股颖耐热性的提高效应优于PP333;35℃时,在前12d经ABA预处理的材料可溶性糖含量较高,尔后,PP333预处理的可溶性糖含量高于ABA和直接高温处理,且经PP333处理的可溶性蛋白含量明显高于ABA与直接高温处理,此时,PP333对匍茎翦股颖耐热性的提高优于ABA。以上结果表明,两种生长调节剂在高温条件下能有效缓解匍茎翦股颖的胁迫伤害,可能与促进渗透调节物质积累,提高渗透调节能力,抑制蛋白降解密切相关。Determine the abscisic acid (ABA) and Paclobutrazol (PP333) affected in heat resistance of Agrostis stoloniferara under high temperature stress are the objects of this study. Explore the parameters and methods for improving the heat tolerance of Agrostis stoloniferara and a theoretical basis for heat-resistant mechanism. The variety of "Putter"of Agrostis stoloniferara used as experimental material and effects of ABA and PP333 on brown rate, relative water content, soluble sugar, soluble protein and proline were determined to analysis of the influence of accumulation of osmotic adjustment substance under different high temperature stress. The results show that, under high temperature stress, exogenous ABA and PP333 could significantly improve the brown rate and relative water content of leaves , and improved the quality of the lawn mild stress of high temperature (30) of exogenous ABA pretreatmentimproved the Agrostis stolonifera leaves brown rate, increased leaf relative water content, soluble protein and soluble sugar content, but the proline content was lower than the control and pretreatment of PP333 material, the Agrostis stolonifera heat resistance is better than that of PP333;The moderate high temperature (35℃), PP333 could improve the leaf relativewater content and soluble sugar, proline, soluble protein contents of osmotic adjustment substances, improved leaf scorch rate, and turf quality, and with the high temperature stress, the plant growth regulating function was better than that of ABA.Two kinds of growth regulators could effectively improve the Agrostis stolonifera heat resistance under high temperature stress, and improve the accumulation of osmotic adjustment substance in plants, there was a close relationship between the ability of osmotic adjustment.
