生血灵治疗特发性血小板减少性紫临床研究

摘　　要：探讨特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)血管内皮细胞(VEC)活性以及健脾滋肾活血泻火方 (生血灵 )的作用机理 ,测定 55例ITP患者血浆Fn、TXB2 、6-酮 -前列环素F1α(PGF1α)含量 ,临床观察 34例ITP患者用生血灵治疗前后BPC、血浆Fn、TXB2 、PGF1α的变化。结果 :55例不同证型ITP患者的血浆Fn含量明显高于正常对照组 ;33例火伤血络型(Ⅱ型)患者PGF1α含量明显高于正常对照组 ;1 8例Ⅱ型患者服用生血灵后Fn、PGF1a明显下降。提示ITP存在血管内皮损伤 ;To investigate the activity of vascular endotheliocyte (VEC) in idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) and the mechanism of 'Blood Generating Decoction' in the treatment of ITP,the contents of plasm Fn,TXB 2 and 6 keto PGF 1α in 55 ITP patients were measured;and BPC,Fn,TXB 2 and 6 keto PGF 1α before and after treatment in another 34 subjects were measured.Results:the content of plasm Fn was obviously higher in the 55 patients of different syndromes than in control group;the content of PGF 1α in 33 cases of impairment of blood vessel by fire was significantly higher than that in control group;they dropped after treatment by 'Blood Generating Decoction'.It is revealed that the vascular endothelium is impaired in ITP and the Decoction can improve the activity of VEC.
