摘 要:中国有60多座煤矿城市,约占全国城市总数的1/10。煤炭在开采、加工、运输和应用过程中,会造成水和空气污染、噪声污染、地面塌陷、露天矿坑、固体废弃物堆积、矿井报废等一系列环境问题。整治煤矿城市的生态环境,增强国人的环保意识,发展低碳经济和循环经济,采用洁净煤技术,综合利用煤炭资源,化害为利,鼓励技术创新,这些举措将有益于中国煤矿城市的生态环境的改善。同时,对有色金属、石油等其它资源型城市的生态环境的改善也可以提供借鉴和参考,有利于整个国家生态文明的发展。There are more than 60 coal-mining cities in China, accounting for about one tenth of the total number of national cities.In the process of mining, processing, transportation and application, coal produces a series of environmental problems, such as, water and air pollution, noise pollution, land collapse, open pits, solid waste accumulation, mine abandonment and so on.The measures can be beneficial to the ecologi-cal environment of the coal cities in China , including regulation of ecological environment of the coal mining cities, enhancing environmental protection consciousness of the people , developing low -carbon economy and circular economy, adoption of the clean coal technology and the comprehensive utilization of coal re-sources, turning a disadvantage into an advantage and encouraging technology innovation .Meanwhile, these measures can provide reference for ecological environment improvement of non -ferrous metals, oil and other resources city, which is conducive to the development of the country as a whole ecological civilization .
