摘  要:采用ID-HVAF和HVAF工艺制备了WC-10Co-4Cr涂层,同时对涂层结构、硬度及耐磨性等性能进行了对比研究.研究结果表明,ID-HVAF工艺喷涂的WC-10Co-4Cr涂层组织致密均匀,涂层硬度(HV0.3)为1110,与基体的结合强度高,与HVAF工艺制备的WC-10Co-4Cr涂层的性能相接近,但涂层磨损量较大.实践表明,ID-HVAF工艺所制备的涂层能满足内孔应用的要求.WC-10Co-4Cr Coatings was sprayed by ID-HVAF and HVAF methods respectively,and then characterized through microstructure,hardness and wear resistance.WC-10Co-4Cr coating deposited by ID-HVAF was dense and coating structure uniformly distributed,high hardness(HV0.3=1110)and high bonding strength with the substrate were achieved.These coating properties were similar to coating sprayed by HVAF except that the coating wear resistance is worse than that of the coating sprayed by HVAF.The results show that WC-10Co-4Cr coating by ID-HVAF method meets the requirements for internal diameter application.
