摘  要:上海欣生源制药(集团)有限公司拟将原固体制剂车间改造为研发中心。为解决办公室的采光,在平面内增加4个采光井,从而造成楼板的开洞面积和开洞后的有效楼板宽度均超过现行抗震规范限值。文章通过PKPM系列的PMSAP软件对楼板进行了小震及中震作用下的应力分析。结果表明,小震时楼板应力小于混凝土轴心抗拉强度标准值ftk,楼板完好无损;中震时楼板应力超过ftk,出现细微裂缝,但楼板抗拉强度设计值大于中震主拉应力设计值,楼板钢筋足够承担地震荷载。A solid preparation workshop of Shanghai Xinshengyuan Pharmaceutical Co. LTD, is renovated to a R &D Center. Four light wells are added in order to solve the daylighting of the office. Thus, the floor openings area and the effective slab width with opening exceed the limit value of code for seismic design of buildings. The slab stress analysis with minor earthquake and moderate earthquake are carried out by using PMSAP software in this paper. The results show that the slab stress with minor earthquake is less than the characteristic value of concrete tensile strength ftk, that is, the slabs remain intact. And the slab stress with moderate earthquake exceeds ftk, a few cracks are starting to appear in the slabs. The design value of concrete slab tensile strength exceed the principal tensile stress design value with moderate earthquake. The rebar in the slabs can be strong enough to resist earthquake loads.
