摘 要:为充分把握扣件式钢管高大支模架的关键构造措施,对影响扣件式钢管模板支撑结构稳定承载力的关键构造条件进行了整架计算分析,明确了扫地杆、竖向剪刀撑、水平剪刀撑设置以及核心区域加强的构造措施对扣件式钢管高大模板支撑结构稳定承载力的影响程度.结果显示,不设置扫地杆高支模架结构非线性屈曲承载力比设置扫地杆减小约70%左右;竖向剪刀撑的设置可改变支撑结构的失稳模式,并对结构稳定承载力有大的影响;设置水平剪刀撑可以提高稳定承载力约7%~10%;设置加强核心区域可提高支撑结构稳定承载力25%~ 35%.结论指出,为了保证支撑结构的安全性,有必要明确整架关键构造措施的具体要求.In order to fully grasp the key construction measures of high supporting system using fastener style steel pipe falsework, the stability bearing capacity of the high supporting system have been analyzed considering several construction measures, such as the influences of the sweeping rod, vertical scissors bracing, horizontal scissors bracing and the core region strengthening measures. The results show that, the nonlinear buckling bearing capacity mode and bearing capaci of high supporting system without sweeping rod reduced about 70%, the instability ty can be influenced by the vertical scissors bracing settings, the stability bearing capacity can be improved about 7%-10% by the horizontal scissors bracing, and can be improved about 25%- 35% by strengthening the core area. The conclusion pointed out that, it is necessary to clear the key structural measures of the high supporting system to ensure the safety.
