摘  要:为建立扣件式钢管支模架承载力精确的简化计算方法,调研了扣件式钢管支模架的立杆截面和扣件扭转刚度,归纳了扣件式钢管支模架立杆顶部的传力模式,在此基础上,建立了单根立杆的轴心受压二维有限元模型,分析了搭设层数、扣件扭转刚度、立杆间距、搭设步距、立杆搭设偏差和水平支承刚度对单根立杆承载力特征值的影响规律,并构建了相应的单参数拟合公式。结论指出,采用简化计算方法分析支模架承载力时,应充分考虑上述6种参数对立杆承载力的影响规律,对现行规范给定的简化计算方法进行适当修正。In order to establish accurate simplified calculation method for steel tubular falsework capacity, the cross-section of the fastener-type steel pipe and the fastener torsional stiffness have been investigated, the transmission mode of the fastener-type steel pipe have been summarized. On this basis, the axially loaded two- dimensional finite element model of a single pole has been established, and the erection layers, fastener torsional stiffness, pole spacing, erection step, pole erection deviations and horizontal support stiffness have been analyzed, on the bearing capacity of a single pole, at last, those corresponding single-parameter fitting formulae have been performed. The conclusion is coming out that the simplified calculation method of falsework capacity should give full consideration to the above six kinds of parameters, and then the existing simplified method must be appropriately modified.
