摘　　要：为了进一步拓宽水稻不育系种质资源,利用红芒野生稻与C418杂交,连续回交转育,选育出具有野生稻胞质基因和特异亲和性核基因于一体的红莲型不育系C418A。C418A具有野生稻胞质,为水稻品种多样性和基因多元化提供了丰富的胞质基因,又具有C418的特殊亲和细胞核基因,可提高籼粳2个亚种的亲和力,是籼粳杂交育种优异胞质不育种质资源。In order to further broaden the germplasm resources of CMS lines,Hongmang wild rice was used to cross with C418.Through continuous backcross,the HL-type CMS C418A was bred, which contained the cytoplasmic genes of wild rice and the specific affinity nuclear gene of C418. The C418A not only had the cytoplasm of wild rice which provided a wealth of cytoplasmic genes for species diversity and genetic diversification,but also had the special affinity nuclear gene of C418 which could increase the affinity of two subspecies indica and japonica.It is an excellent germplasm of cytoplasmic male sterile line for hybridization between indica and japonica.The breeding process,main characteristics and key points of high-yield cultivation were introduced.
