摘  要:为了筛选对甘薯黑痣病防效良好的药剂,首先采用滤纸片法在室内测定了1种生防菌剂和21种化学杀菌剂对甘薯黑痣病菌的抑菌作用,结果表明,咯菌腈、咪鲜胺、多菌灵和枯草芽孢杆菌表现出较好的抑菌效果,在50mg/L质量浓度下抑菌圈直径分别为4.75cm、1.55cm、1.20cm和3.60cm。用以上4种杀菌剂分别处理带病种薯、秧苗、土壤,进行甘薯黑痣病的田间防治试验,结果显示,枯草芽孢杆菌的效果不及3种化学药剂,咪鲜胺的效果最佳,其处理带病种薯的病苗防效为88.1%,处理秧苗、土壤的病指防效达到83.8%和97.4%。To screen for germicides effectively controlling Monilochactes infuscans on sweet pota-to,the inhibiting effects of an antagonistic bacterium Bacillus subtilis and 2 1 chemical germicides on M.infuscans were firstly determined by filter paper method.The result showed that fludioxo-nil,prochloraz,carbendazim and Bacillus subtilis had a significant inhibition effect,and the inhibi-tion diameters were 4.75 cm,1.55 cm,1.20 cm and 3.60 cm,respectively at the concentration of 50 mg/L.The field trials were done with the four germicides treating infected seed tubers,seed-lings and soil,respectively,and the results showed that the control effect of Bacillus subtilis was inferior to the three chemical germicides on M.infuscans.The control effect of prochloraz was the best,with effects of 88.1%,83.8% and 97.4% when treating infected seed tubers,seedlings and soil,respectively.
