摘  要:将光学成像系统和高速摄像机相结合,提出了一种基于单相机的电器电磁机构三维动态特性测试技术。对镜面反射光路进行分析并设计了一套通用的电器电磁机构三维动态测试装置。以磁保持继电器为研究对象,对电磁机构进行三维动态测试,通过图像处理得到衔铁空间三维运动曲线。试验表明,该测试技术能够准确而全面地描述电磁机构的三维空间实际运动过程。Combining optical imaging system with high-speed camera,this paper proposed a three-dimensional dynamic test technology for electromagnetic mechanism of electrical apparatus by single camera. On the analysis of specular reflection light path,a commonly used three-dimensional dynamic test device for electromagnetic mechanism was designed. The three-dimensional dynamic test for electromagnetic mechanism of magnetic latching relay was carried out and the three-dimensional movement curves of the armature were obtained by image processing. The experimental results show that the test technique can accurately and comprehensively describe the actual three-dimensional movement of electromagnetic mechanism.
