摘 要:以香港中电、新加坡和深圳已有模式为代表的先进城市中压配电网络为研究对象,从理论可靠性表现、投资需求、设备运行维护、与上级电网配合等方面进行了计算比较,分析了各种接线模式的优缺点。结合配电网中分布式电源(DG)接入需求的现状,从技术经济平衡角度,提出了一般城区、已有核心城区和新开发核心城区的中压配电网络接线发展建议,以满足不断增长的供电可靠性要求。The connection modes of medium voltage distribution network will directly affect the reliability,cost of construction,power supply capacity,management complexity of the power grid. The medium voltage distribution networks in Hongkong,Singapore and Shenzhen with high level power supply reliability are the research objects in this paper. The analysis and comparison of different connection modes on technical and economic performance were carried out from the aspects of the reliability,investment demand,equipment operation and maintenance,matching with the upper voltage and so on. With a large number of distribution generators' access,some suggestions on the development of distribution network in different city region were proposed in order to satisfy the growing requirement for power supply reliability.
