温针重灸结合治未病干预对膝关节骨性关节炎早期WOMAC指数影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨温针重灸结合治未病干预对膝关节骨性关节炎(OA)早期WOMAC指数的影响,评估温针重灸配合治未病干预治疗膝关节骨性关节炎早期的临床疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为3组,治疗组予以温针重灸配合治未病干预治疗,对照组I予以普通温针灸治疗,对照组Ⅱ口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊,运用患者自评量表(W0MAC)及中文版简明健康状况调查表(SF一36)在疗程结束后进行评价。结果:治疗组总有效率97%,对照组I总有效率83%;对照组Ⅱ总有效率62.00%。治疗组与对照组I治疗后WOMAC和SF一36评分与治疗前比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05):两组分别与对照组Ⅱ比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:应用温针重灸配合治未病干预能改善膝关节骨性关节炎早期WOMAC指数,避免其症状加重或复发。Objective： To investigate the WOMAC effect of warm acupuncture – double moxibustion and preventive treatment of diseases in patients with early 0steoarthritisf0A） of knee. Method： Patients with early OA of knee were randomly assigned to warm acupuncture—duble moxibustion and Preventive Treatment of diseases group（ n = 40）,drug treatment groupⅡ（ n = 40） and Warm acupuncture—moxibustion control group I（ n = 40）. Warm acupuncture—moxibustion or drug wasapplied to the corresponding group respectively in 5 weeks.Patients completed standard questionnaires at baseline and after 5 weeks. The WesternOntario and McMaster niversities Osteoarthritis W0MAC1 and SF — 36 index were used to evaluate the outcome at the end of treatment. Result： Significant differences on WOMAC and SF~ 36 scores were found between before and after treatment in warm acupuncture—double moxibustion group and drug treatment group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： The results suggested that warm acupuncture- double moxibustion and preventive treatment of disease is an effective and safe therapy to improve the WOMAC of patients with early OA of knee.
