摘  要:目的:研究血液透析装置检测仪流量参数校准装置和校准方法。方法:基于静态质量法,以水为介质,以电子秤为标准器,以电磁阀为换向器,采用自动计时控制技术,建立一套血液透析装置检测仪流量校准装置,并提出校准方法。结果:通过实验检测和测量不确定度评定,校准装置的扩展不确定度为0.34%,优于被校准血液透析装置检测仪流量参数最大允许误差的1/2。结论:该装置可用于开展准确度等级在1.0级以下的血液透析装置检测仪流量参数校准。Objective To study the calibrating apparatus and methods for the flow parameters of the quality control devices for haemodialysis equipment. Methods A set of flow calibrating apparatus and methods was developed for the detector of haemodialysis equipment, with static weight method, water as the media, electronic scale as the standard device, solenoid valve as the commutator and automatic timing control technology. Results Experiments and uncertainty assessment proved that the expanded uncertainty of the calibrating apparatus was 0.34%, which was better than the maximal permissible error by 1/2. Conclusion The apparatus can be used to calibrate the flow parameters of haemodialysis equipment with the accuracy grade less than 1.0.
