摘　　要：目的:探讨通过改进军卫信息系统相关功能模块,提高病案首页数据质量的途径。方法:采取既定信息自动提取、加强专业信息引导以及逻辑和空项核查等手段有效减少首页填写错误。结果:在医院实施改进后取得了良好效果,病案首页差错率下降了90%。结论:通过信息技术手段改进军卫信息系统可有效提高病案首页填写质量。Objective To improve the first page of medical records by enhancing the functional modules of military health information system. Methods The errors during filling in the first page were decreased by information auto extraction, professional information guidance, logical and empty page detection and etc. Results The error rate was decreased by 90% for the first page of medical records.
