摘　　要：阐述了某综合性医院在植入物的全流程管理中的现状,剖析了现存的问题和漏洞,运用供应链管理理论和业务流程优化的方法,提出建立一套完整的植入物的全流程管理体系,解决了全流程管理中的物流、资金流和信息流的整合问题。The implant in some comprehensive hospital is described for the present situation, problems and deficiencies.The supply chain theory and operation flow optimization are used to develop a set of whole-process implant management system to conquer the problems in logistics, capital flow and information flow.
