复方中药饲料添加剂对肉鸡增重和疫苗免疫效果的影响研究

摘　　要：研究主要对前期筛选的中药组方淫羊藿-柴胡-黄芪-甘草,按照0.05%、0.1%和0.2%比例添加到肉鸡的全价饲料中。在实验室的同样环境中饲养肉鸡,饲养周期为42 d,结束试验,统计和检测试验结果。试验数据表明,3个复方中药添加剂组的肉鸡的料肉比均呈现降低趋势,0.05%添加组和0.1%添加组与空白组(未添加组)相比差异不显著;0.2%中药添加组的料肉比与空白组(未添加组)差异显著(P<0.05),促进肉鸡增重的效果明显好于空白组(未添加组)。到试验结束,中药饲料添加剂组的新城疫抗体水平均达到6log2以上,明显高于空白组(未添加组)。研究表明,复方中药按照0.2%的比例,作为饲料添加剂加入到肉鸡的全价饲料能明显降低肉鸡的料肉比,增加肉鸡的出栏重量和提高疫苗的免疫效果。The study focused on traditional Chinese medicine formula, epimedium-radix bupleuri-as- tragalus-licorice with the early determination. The medicine formula was added to the full price of poultry feed with the proportion to the amount of 0.05%, 0.1% and 0.2%, and the poultry was breed in the same environment to 42 d. The research showed that three experimental chicken feed conversion ratio were decreased, 0.05% and 0.1%, the experimental group compared with the blank group had no obvious differences. The feed conversion ratio of 0.2% in the experimental group was markedly lower than the blank group （P〈0.05）, 0.2% chicken weight gain of experimental group was obviously higher than that of blank group. The newcastle disease antibody levels with traditional Chinese medicine feed additive group reached over 6log2, which is significantly higher than did not. The present shows that the group of 0.2% traditional Chinese medicine feed additive （：an reduce the feed conversion ratio, and increase market weight of broilers.
