摘  要:目的观察透明质酸水凝胶对关节软骨缺损的修复效果。方法选取SD大鼠120只,分别编号标记后分为A组(自然修复组)、B组(透明质酸组)、C组(复合材料组),每组36只,剩余12只用于获取软骨细胞。大鼠股骨滑车全层软骨缺损(直径2.5mm,深3.0mm)模型制备后,分别用不同材料修复,于不同时间点(10、20、40d)通过组织学及生物化学方法评估修复效果。结果各时间点组织学及生物化学评估C组软骨修复效果最佳,其次为B组,但修复效果均优于A组。结论透明质酸水凝胶与周围组织相容性高,生物降解性好,有利于软骨细胞的存活、繁殖、分裂。Objective To observe the repairing effect of hyaluronic acid hydrogel on rat articular cartilage defects.Methods One hundred and twenty SD rats were randomly divided into group A(natural repair group),group B(hyaluronic acid group)and group C(composite material group),36 rats was in each group and 12 rats were used to obtain cartilage cells.Full-thickness articular osteochondral defects(2.5mm in diameter and 3.0mm in depth)were created mechanically in femoral trochlea of rats.Histological and biochemical method were used to evaluate the repairing effect of different material at different points(10,20,40d).ResultsRepairing effect of group C was best by histological and biochemical method at different points,followed by group B,and they were better than that of group A.Conclusion Hyaluronic acid hydrogel could provide cartilage cell proliferation for porous space truss structure,and could carry cartilage cells at the same time.the cellular space truss structure have high surrounding tissue compatibility and biodegradation,it is helpful for cartilage cell survival,reproduction and division.
