摘  要:为更好地对起重机工作状况进行监控、减少安全事故的发生,给出了一个起重机三级智能远程监控系统的设计方案。采用三级式监控分布策略,设计一个以MC9S12DG128为核心的智能监控器对现场工作的起重机进行实时监控,并通过Zig Bee节点构建的无线传感器网络将监控数据传送到200 m外的局域监控站。同时,总公司工作人员可通过互联网远程查看全国各地起重机的运行状况和视频图像。该系统低功耗、易扩展、高安全性,对增强起重机安全性有一定的作用。To monitor the working condition of the crane better and reduce the occurrence of accident , this paper presents a design of a crane three intelligent remote monitoring system. Using three control monitoring distributed strategy , we design a smart monitor to monitor the crane in real time at a job site. It uses MC9S12DG128 as the core. The wireless sensor network is constructed by ZigBee nodes. Monitoring data is sent to the local monitoring station which is two hundred meters outside. At the same time, the staff can remotely view the operational status and video images of cranes in the country by Internet. The system has low power consumption, easy expansion and high security. It has a certain extent to enhance security of crane.
