摘 要:农业科技创新资源配置可为农业现代化的发展提供重要的科技支撑。在构建科技创新资源配置与农业现代化协调发展系统评价指标体系的基础上,应用综合发展水平评价模型和协调发展度模型,对2002年以来我国科技创新资源配置与农业现代化的协调发展度的时空分布进行了测算。结果显示:从时间上看,2002—2011年间科技创新资源配置与农业现代化的协调发展度经历了较明显的波动,并从失调衰退状态逐渐过渡到过度状态和协调发展状态;从空间上看,2011年各省份的协调发展度在失调衰退、过度、协调发展状态均有分布,且存在明显的区域差异,呈现出东、中、西部地区递减的态势。The allocation of innovation resources of agricultural science and technology can provide important support for the development of agricultural modernization. In the foundation of evaluation index system, by using the comprehensive development level model and the model of coordinated development degree, this paper calculated the coordinated development level of space-time distribution since 2002 on the innovation of science and technology resource allocation in China and the modernization of agriculture. The results showed that, from the time distribution, in 2002--2011, the coordinated development degree had obvious fluctuations, and from disturbance state gradually transited to the transition state and the coordinated development status. From the space distribution, the coordinated development degrees of different provinces were in the recession, distributed and coordinate showing a decline trend in the eastern, central and western development state, and there was an obvious regional difference, region in 2011.
