摘　　要：构建基于农业技术市场约束下的农户市场诱致性技术创新行为分析框架,揭示农业技术市场中的技术创新及推广供给主体行为对农户市场诱致性技术创新决策过程的影响机理。结果表明,在农业技术创新管理体制及科技政策诱导下,技术创新及推广供给主体以技术市场信息为载体,对农户在要素价格相对变动和产品市场供求变化诱致下形成的技术创新行为产生约束,进而影响农业技术市场的有效性及技术资源配置效率。因此,政府应从培育信息不对称校正机制、技术需求反馈机制以及农业技术创新协调联动机制方面,改进农业技术市场有效性,激励农户技术创新。Based on definitions on agricultural technology market, a theoretical framework of market induced technological innovation behavior of farm household under the restriction of external technological market was established. The theoretical analysis shows that the agricultural technological innovation system and science and technology policies induce all technological suppliers supplying heterogeneous technological information. And these technological information place constraints on the market induced technological innovation behavior of farm household, and then reduce the effectiveness of technology market. Therefore, the solving-ways of diminishing asymmetric technological information and agricultural technological innovation jointed coordination mechanism should be given to increase effective supply of technological information, and to promote the technology market development.
