阿那日胶嚢对胃肠作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:对阿那日胶嚢进行与临床功能主治有关的药效学研究。方法:采用相应的药理学模型研究阿那日胶嚢在抗溃疡、胃蛋白酶活力、小肠吸收、镇痛等方面的作用。结果:阿那日胶嚢可预防大鼠胃幽门结扎产生的溃疡的发生、提高大鼠胃蛋白酶活力、提高脾虚型小鼠的血清木糖含量、减少腹腔注射冰乙酸小鼠扭体次数。结论:阿那日胶嚢具有抗溃疡、提高胃蛋白酶活力、促进小肠吸收、镇痛的作用。Objective To observe the pharmacodynamic effect of AnariCapsule. Methods Appropriated animal models were used to observe the effect of Anari Capsule on analgesic, intestinal absorption, pepsin activity and anti - ulceration. Results Anari Capsule could decrease the twist number of the mice receiving acetic acid ip and increase the serum xylose concentration of mice with insufficient of spleen and pepsin activity in rats. It also had the effect of preventing Shay ulcer of rats. Conclusion AnariCapsule had the effect of analgesic, promoting intestinal absorption,increasing pepsin activity and anti -ulceration.
