摘 要:利用Li-6400便携式光合仪测量10个种源美国红枫的光合速率及蒸腾速率,分析美国红枫光合速率及蒸腾速率日变化规律,比较不同种源美国红枫光合作用的差异。结果表明:美国红枫净光合速率日变化呈典型单峰曲线,光合速率与光量子密度呈显著正相关;蒸腾速率日变化趋势与净光合速率相似,两者呈显著正相关。不同种源间光合速率存在显著差异,光合速率较高的种源为4#、5#、6#,较低的种源为1#、2#、10#。不同种源间蒸腾速率差异显著,蒸腾速率较高的种源为4#、7#、8#,较低的种源为1#、2#、10#。In this study,photosynthetic rates and transpiration rates of ten Acer rubrum were detected by Li-6400. The daily variation of photosynthetic rates and transpiration rates of Acer rubrum were analyzed,and the photosynthesis differences among 10 Acer rubrum were compared. The result indicated that the daily variation of net photosynthetic rate of Acer rubrum is a typical single-peak curve, and photosynthetic rate was significantly positive correlated with photon density;the diurnal change rules of transpiration rate and net photosynthetic rate were similar and in significantly positive correlation. There were significant differences in photosynthetic rates and transpiration rates among Acer rubrum from different provinces. 4#、5#、6# were higher in photosynthetic rate and 1#、2#、10# were lower. 4#、7#、8# were higher in transpiration rate and 1#、2#、10# were lower.
