摘 要:为了对比硅灰、聚丙烯纤维和聚丙烯超细粉体3种外掺料对混凝土的改性作用,设计了基准混凝土、掺硅灰混凝土、掺聚丙烯纤维混凝土及掺聚丙烯纤维超细粉体混凝土4组C30强度高性能水工混凝土配合比。采用混凝土耐久性能实验方法,研究了混凝土的物理力学、抗裂、抗渗、抗冻及抗撞磨等耐久性能指标,分析不同外掺料对高性能水工混凝土的耐久性能影响。实验结果表明,利用超临界溶液快速膨胀法制备的聚丙烯超细粉体作为一种新型的聚合物混凝土掺合料,综合了有机聚合物材料与无机矿物超细粉体的部分优良特性,能全面提高混凝土的力学性能,并能有效改善混凝土的抗裂、抗渗及抗冻等部分耐久性能。For comparative study on the modification effect of the admixtures as silica fume, polypropylene fiber and polypropylene superfine powder to concrete, the physical mechanics, anti-cracking, impermeability, frost resistance and anti-wear experiments of C30 high-performance concrete were carried out in four groups with different mix proportions( the standard concrete, the joined silica fume concrete, the joined polypropylene fiber concrete and the joined superfine powder of polypropylene fiber concrete) , and the effects of different admixtures on the durability of high performance hydraulic concrete were analyzed. The results show that the polypropylene superfine powder prepared by rapid expansion of supercritical solution, a new type polymer admixture of concrete, has the merits of the polymer material and the active mineral joined material, and that it can improve the mechanics characteristic of concrete comprehensively, particularly in terms of effectively improving the durability performance of anti-cracking, impermeability and frost resistance on concrete.
