摘  要:某铜冶炼水淬渣中铜、铁为主要的有价元素,含铜0.70%、含铁39.84%。铜矿物主要为单质铜、氧化铜矿和硫化铜,铁以硅酸铁形式存在。铜矿物与主要脉石矿物橄榄石等嵌布关系复杂,嵌布粒度极细微,属于极难选二次铜资源。为了回收该水淬渣中的铜,对选铜工艺进行了研究,确定了阶段磨矿-阶段选别工艺流程,闭路试验能获得品位为13.24%,回收率为33.77%的铜精矿,尾矿含铜品位为0.48%,获得了较为理想的选矿指标。The slag stemmed from copper metallurgy with copper and iron content of 0.62% and 35.58% separately was from Yuntong. Main copper minerals in the slag were elemental copper,cooper oxide and cooper sulfides, and iron is mainly in the form of iron silicate. Copper minerals were finely disseminated and closed associated with olivine in the slag,which belongs to the refractory secondary copper resource. Concentration process for copper recovery was conducted in order to recover copper from the slag, which was determined as stage grinding-stage recovering. The laboratory closed-circuit experiment was made, and a copper concentrate with a Cu grade of 13.24% and a Cu recovery of 33.77% was obtained. The Cu grade of the flotation tailings was 0.48%. These beneficiation indexes were ideal.
