基于发展维度时序下的山东发展格局演变及驱动因素分析

摘　　要：基于发展内涵维度的演变,将改革开放以来山东省的发展划分为"以经济建设为中心,社会、环境欠重视的一维目标阶段"、"注重经济发展质量,经济、社会共同进步的二维目标阶段"和"经济高速增长,追求经济、社会、环境协调的三维目标可持续发展阶段".研究构建指标体系并运用多因素综合分析法计算分析了各阶段的空间格局分异特征,对比分析其演变规律和影响因素,得出"发展观的转变"、"区域发展战略和政策调整"、"城市发展定位和方向转变"是影响山东省发展格局演变的主要驱动因素,并分别从发展观、发展战略和城市定位几方面提出相应的对策建议.研究对于实现山东省区域可持续发展具有一定的理论与实践意义.In this article,the development of Shandong after the reform and opening up was divided to three stages based on the evolution of development dimension.The first stage is＂one-dimension goal＂,which taking economy construction as center while social and environment developing at low level.The second stage is＂two-dimension goal＂,which focusing on the quality of economy development with economy and social developed together.The third stage is＂three-dimension goal＂,during which economy developed fast as social and environment developed coordinated and sustainability with economy.Characteristics of each stage and its evolution law had been summarized by constructing evaluation index system and using method of multi-factor comprehensive analysis.The driving factors of development pattern of Shandong had been concluded as：change of development view,adjustment of regional development strategy and policy,transformation of city development orientation and direction.At last,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.Research has a certain theoretical and practical significance for achieving sustainable development in Shandong province.
