摘  要:为了解不同磷水平下,橡胶树幼苗保护酶活性和膜脂过氧化情况的变化,以橡胶树RRIM600实生小苗为材料,通过水培试验,研究了不同磷水平(31、10、5、1和0 mg/L)对橡胶树幼苗保护酶活性和膜脂过氧化的影响。结果表明,随着外源供磷水平的下降,橡胶树叶和根的丙二醛含量逐渐升高。同时,低磷处理下橡胶树叶和根的超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶活性均高于正常供磷,而过氧化物酶活性则均低于正常供磷。丙二醛含量随着外源供磷水平的下降而升高,表明低磷胁迫加剧了各器官的膜脂过氧化作用;相关保护酶活性的变化可能是橡胶树幼苗对低磷胁迫的适应性反应。To understand the influence of different concentration of phosphorus (P) on lipid peroxidation and activities of protective enzymes in Hevea seedling, the lipid peroxidation and activities of protective enzymes of rubber tree seedlings (strain RR/M600) were studied in hydroponic culture at different P concentrations (31, 10, 5, 1 and 0rag/L). The results showed that the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the leaves and roots of Hevea seedlings increased with decreasing concentration of P, and the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) in the leaves and roots of Hevea seedlings were higher than the control (normal P supply, CK), but the activity of peroxidase (POD) was lower than CK in the leaves and roots of Hevea seedlings. The lipid peroxidation in different organs of Hevea seedlings could be accel- erated under low P stress, as the content of MDA increased with decreasing concentration of P, and the changes of activities of protective enzymes might be an adaptive response for low P in Hevea seedling.
