摘 要:利用紫外-臭氧(UV-Ozone)活化硅橡胶(silicone rubber,SR)表面后,通过偶联法接枝N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(N-vinylpyrrolidone,NVP),对SR表面进行亲水性改性,以提高硅橡胶表面的湿滑性能.采用傅里叶衰减全反射谱(attenuated total reflection flourier transformed infrared spectroscopy,FTIR-ATR)、扫描电镜和能量色散X射线谱分析(scanning electron microscopy-energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy,SEMEDS)以及表面静态水接触角等手段,对改性硅橡胶表面进行了分析表征.结果表明,当辐射时间为60min时,硅橡胶表面形成了大量Si—O键和—OH,达到了较好的辐射效果;接枝N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)的硅橡胶表面亲水性较好,表面接触角达到50°,在室温空气中亲水性能够保持2周左右.The surface of silicone rubber( SR) was activated by UV-Ozone,and N-vinylpyrrolidone( NVP) was then grafted on the surface of SR through γ-methacryloxy propyl trimethoxy silane( KH-570) as a coupling agent to improve the surface wettability. The modification of SR surface was characterized by contact angle goniometry,attenuated total reflectance infrared spectroscopy,and scanning electron microscopy-energy dispersive X-ray analysis. The results show that the modification of silicone rubber under UV-Ozone radiation of 60 min forms a lot of Si—O bonds and —OH groups on the surface,which exhibits good irradiation effects on silicone rubber. After coupled with KH-570 as a reactive bridge,followed by grafting N-vinylpyrrolidone( NVP),the surface of silicone rubber reaches the excellent wettability with contact angle of 50°,which can keep for 2 weeks or so under atmosphere at ambient temperature.
