摘 要:甘肃金塔铅锌矿属硫化铅锌矿石,主要金属矿物为黄铁矿、闪锌矿,少量方铅矿。生产现场中选别指标较差,且精矿中铅锌互含较高,为了解决生产现场的实际问题,进行了新药剂的选矿试验研究。在不改变现场生产工艺流程的前提下,在铅回路采用捕收剂XK-6、起泡剂A5,有效解决了现场泡沫矿化较差,铅锌互含较高的问题,获得了较好的选别指标,并在该生产现场进行工业试验,工业试验指标与试验前现场生产指标相比,铅精矿铅品位提高了3.07%,铅回收率提高了3.28%,并有效降低了锌在铅精矿中的损失。试验结果表明新药剂方案对该铅锌矿具有较好的适应性,可获得较好的技术经济指标,具有较好的推广应用价值。The lead-zinc ore, the main metal minerals of which are pyrite, sphalerite, galena in small quantities, be- longs to sulfide lead and zinc ore in Jinta county of Gansu province. In order to solve the practical manufacturing problems that the dressing index is poor on production site and the concentration of lead and zinc content is high, the new medicament experimental research was carried on. Without changing the production process, through the ex- perimental study, the problems that the bubble mineralization is poor and the content of lead and zinc is high were solved with the collector XK-6 and the frother AS, obtaining the good beneficiation index. Meanwhile, industrial tests were carried on. Compared with the index obtained on the production site, the lead grade was increased 3.07% in lead concentrate and the lead recovery was increased 3.28%, and the loss of zinc in lead concentrate is effectively reduced. The test results showed that the new reagent scheme has better adaptability to the lead-zinc mine, which can obtain good technical and economic indicators and has good popularization and application value
