摘  要:以双端羧基丙二醇无规聚醚(CT-PPE)、己二胺(HDA)、己二酸(AA)为原料,通过缩聚反应,合成了一种聚酰胺聚醚共聚型吸湿排汗整理剂,并将其用于锦纶织物的吸湿排汗整理;通过FTIR、TG-DTA、GPC测试和SEM观察,表征了整理剂结构和性能。试验探讨了反应物物质的量比、温度、时间对整理剂吸湿和快干性能的影响。研究结果表明:当n(CT-PPE)︰n(AA)︰n(HDA)=1︰1︰1、温度230℃、时间2 h时,整理后未水洗的锦纶织物润湿时间、回潮率和水分蒸发率分别为5.3 s、6.3%和46.5%,水洗10次后的锦纶织物润湿时间、回潮率和水分蒸发率分别为8.4 s、5.8%和41.3%,表明整理剂能赋予织物较耐久的吸湿和快干性。This study synthesizes a polyamide polyether copolymerized finishing agent with moisture absorption and sweat discharging properties through condensation polymerization with double-end carboxyl propylene glycol random polyether(CT-PPE), hexamethylenediamine (HDA) and adipic acid (AA) and uses it for moisture absorption and sweat discharging of nylon fabrics; and characterizes the structure and performance of the finishing agent through FTIR, TG-DTA, GPC and SEM test. The experiment discusses the influence of quantity relative ratio, temperature and time of reactant substance on moisture absorption and quick-drying properties of finishing agent. The research result shows that the wetting time, moisture regain and water evaporation rate of unwashed chinlon fabric after finishing are respectively 5.3 s , 6.3% and 46.5% and those of nylon fabric washed for 10 times are respectively 8.4 s, 5.8% and 41.3% when n(CT-PPE) :n(AA) :n(HDA) = 1 :1:1, temperature 230 ℃ and time 2 h. This shows that the finishing agent can provide fabrics with lasting moisture absorption and quick-drying properties.
