摘  要:以甲基三氯硅烷、环戊二烯基钠等为初始原料,先经取代、共水解等化学反应制得环戊二烯基硅油(CMP),再经环氧化改性制得环氧改性硅油(ECMP)。目标产物经红外和核磁共振鉴定化学结构。通过黏度计测得环氧改性硅油的黏度,化学滴定法测定环氧改性硅油的环氧值。通过改变硅油浓度、硅油比例、焙烘时间、温度探究了环氧改性硅油和氨基硅油对棉织物的整理效果,测定了织物的综合性能、耐久性等。试验结果表明:环氧改性硅油可以有效抑制氨基硅油的黄变性,且赋予了织物良好的性能。This study prepares cyclopentadienyl silicon oil (CMP) with methyl trichlorosilane and cyclopentadienyl sodium as original raw materials through chemical reactions such as substitution and cohydrolysis and then prepares epoxy modified silicon oil(ECMP) through epoxidation modification. The chemical structure of the target product is identified through infrared and nuclear magnetic resonance. This study tests the viscosity of epoxy modified silicon oil through viscosimeter and the epoxy value of epoxy modified silicon oil with chemical titration method, explores the finishing effect of epoxy modified silicon oil and amino silicon oil on cotton fabrics by changing the concentration and proportion of silicon oil, baking time and temperature and tests the overall performance and durability of fabrics. The test result shows that epoxy modified silicon oil can effectively restrain the yellowing property of amino silicon oil and provide good properties for fabrics.
