丝胶在真丝织物防皱整理中的应用

摘　　要：丝胶是一种天然环保化合物,应用于真丝织物具有较好的防皱效果。通过真丝整理品的防皱性能进行测试分析,得出了较佳的丝胶应用参数。丝胶的较佳用量为质量浓度6 g/L,在60℃下二浸二轧,戊二醛3 g/L,在室温下二浸二轧,烘干后,在120℃下焙烘10 min。丝胶用于真丝防皱整理后,真丝织物干、湿折皱回复角提升了近80°。丝胶整理真丝织物后,平均抗弯长度变化不大,对真丝织物手感影响较小,是一种应用性及舒适性较好的整理剂,具有良好的应用前景。Sericin is a natural environmentally friendly compound which has good anti-crease effect when applied in silk fabrics. This paper conducts test and analysis on anti-creasing property of silk finishing products and obtains optimal sericin application parameters： better dosage of sericin 6 g/L, two dip two rolling at 60 ℃ ; glutaraldehyde 3 g/L, two dip two rolling at room temperature and baking for 10 rain at 120 ℃ after drying. After sericin is applied for anti-creasing finishing of silk, dry and wet wrinkle recovery angle of silk fabrics increase by nearly 80°. After silk fabrics are finished with sericin, the average anti-bending length does not change greatly and it has small influence on the hand feeling of silk fabrics. It is a finishing agent with good applicability and comfort and good application prospect.
