摘 要:目的探讨化学发光酶免疫分析(CLEIA)与电化学发光免疫分析系统分析(ECLIA)检测糖类抗原19-9(CA19-9)结果的可比性,保证检验结果的一致性。方法分别在罗氏Cobas e601型全自动电化学发光免疫分析仪和国产的郑州安图Lumo化学发光免疫分析仪平行测定CA19-9,然后对检测结果进行统计学处理和分析。结果两检测系统精密度高,检测结果差距无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组数据存在良好的线性关系(r2=0.997 5>0.99),预期偏倚和相对偏倚均可接受。结论 CLEIA与ECLIA检测CA19-9的结果相关性良好,有较好的可比性,结果基本一致。Objective To compare chemiluminescence enzyme immunoassay(CLEIA)and electrochemiluminescence immunoassay for the detection of CA19-9,and to ensure the consistency of the test results.Methods Roche cobas e601 automatic electrochemical luminescence immunity analyzer and Zhengzhou Antu Lumo chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer were used to parallelly detect the CA19-9.The test results were statistically analyzed.Results Both systems had high precision.No significant differences were found in test results between the two systems(P〉0.05).There was a good linear relationship between the results achieved by the two detection systems(r^2=0.997 50.99).Both anticipated bias and relative bias were acceptable.ConclusionThe CLEIA and ECLIA have good comparability and relativity for the detection of CA19-9.
