双镜联合微创腔镜尿道内会师术治疗尿道损伤的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨双镜联合微创腔镜尿道内会师术的手术时机和临床疗效。方法采用输尿管镜或与肾镜联合使用的方法,行腔镜下尿道内会师术。结果 43例尿道损伤,伤后1周内手术者39例(40例次,其中1例术后第2天导尿管气囊破裂行二次手术);伤后2周内手术3例;伤后3周内手术1例。失败1例,手术成功率(43/44)97.7%。结论双镜联合尿道内会师术具有微创手术的优点,临床疗效可靠,但手术应伤后尽早进行,最佳时间为伤后1周内,最迟不宜超过2周。Objective To explore the operative opportunity and clinical efficacy of double endoscopic minimally invasive urethral realignment for urethral injury.Methods The urethral realignment procedure was performed for urethral injury under combined ureteroscopy and nephroscopy.Results Among the 43 patients,39received operation within 1week after urethral injury（1patient underwent a second operation for balloon rupture on the second day after operation）,3received operation within 2weeks after urethral injury,1received operation within 3weeks after urethral injury,and 1underwent failed operation.The operative success rate was 97.7%（43/44）.Conclusion Double endoscopic minimally invasive urethral realignment is effective and reliable for urethral injury.The operation should be performed as early as possible within 1week after urethral injury and no later than 2weeks after urethral injury.
