集束化护理在晚期肺癌患者PICC导管维护中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨晚期肺癌患者PICC带管维护期间并发症发生的原因及集束化护理措施。方法对2012年5月至2013年4月90例PICC带管患者进行集束化护理维护,观察患者全身不良反应、静脉炎发生率、血栓形成及堵管等并发症发生率,并与2011年5月至2012年4月85例PICC导管维护患者常规护理进行对照。结果 2组全身不良反应、局部皮肤炎性反应、血栓形成及堵管比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PICC带管患者维护中应用集束化护理对降低导管相关血行感染率及堵管、血栓形成的发生率有显著优势。Objective To investigate the causes of complications and cluster nursing measures in the maintenance of PICC in patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods Systemic adverse reactions,phlebitis,thrombosis,tube blocking and other complications were observed in patients who received cluster nursing for PICC maintenance between May 2012 and April 2013（90cases）,and were compared with those in patients who received routine nursing for PICC maintenance between May 2011 and April 2012（85cases）.Results There were significant differences in systemic adverse reactions,local skin inflammation,thrombosis and tube blocking between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Cluster nursing can significantly reduce the incidences of catheter-related bloodstream infection,thrombosis and tube blocking in the maintenance of PICC in patients with advanced lung cancer.
