摘　　要：通过对后桥线束支架制件的工艺分析,介绍了不同方向多处加强筋的拉伸成形方式及冲孔-切断的冲压组合工艺,并确定相关工序的模具结构,最终分析了相应模具设计的要点。Through analyzing the forming technology of the harness bracket, describes the forming method of drawing which the part with different directions stiffener, and the composite technology of piercing - cutting was also introduced, determine the structure of the die parts and stated the key points of the die design.
