内板起皱问题的分析及对策

摘　　要：冲压生产过程中,内板类制件出现起皱不平问题,产生原因比较复杂,需要有系统的分析方法及对策,确保整改过程一次到位,避免多轮调试整改造成成本以及周期浪费。利用8D的问题解决思路,排查问题真因、制定有效的整改对策、并形成预防标准化等,保证内板起皱问题高效解决。During the stamping production process, it is difficuh to solve the corrugation of inner panel. The causes is more complex, so solving this problem should has a systematic measures, to guarantee the rectification process finished once time, avoid muhiple rounds of debugging the whole into cost and cycle of waste. The use of 8D problem solving, check the really causes, confirm effective corrective measures,and form prevention of the standardization, to ensure,solve the inner panel corrugation efficiently.
