摘　　要：民办高校可持续发展离不开多渠道的资金筹措方式。受内外条件的制约,当前我国民办高校的筹资渠道单一,由于近年来高校生源的持续减少,"以学养学"的办学模式导致的资金缺乏已成为制约民办高校生存和发展的主要瓶颈。借鉴美国私立高校的筹资方法,结合我国民办高校办学的实际及特点,畅通资金渠道,实现多元化、全方面的筹资方式,对民办高校在新时期、新环境下应对生源减少新挑战、提升竞争力和知名度、取得健康长远发展具有重要意义。If private universities should develop sustainbly, it is necessary to possess various channels to raise money. Limited by conditions both inside and outside, private universities have only the single channel to raise money, and due to consistent decrease of the source of students in higher education in recent years, the financial deficiency resulted from the school mode of ＂running schools on the income from tuitions＂ has become the main constraint for the existence and development of private universities. The methods used by American private universities to raise money could be drawn on as successful experiences. Together with consideration on the practical characteristics of school running in Chinese private universities, we can use more channels and diverse methods for raising money. Thus the private universities can face the new challenges of decreased students in the new environment at the new period, and improve its competition and fame to obtain the long term development with sound health.
