摘  要:随着经济社会的发展与人口结构的变化,退休制度的改革开始进入人们的视野,成为世界各国日益关注的重要课题。尽管不同国家对退休制度改革的路径、方式所有不同,但引入弹性退休制度、增强其灵活性是当下一个重要的研究方向。河南实行弹性退休制度具有合理性,应实行差别退休,引入弹性年龄机制,引入激励机制,努力开辟新的就业渠道。With the development of social economy and the change of population structure, the reform of retirement system begins to come into the view of the public, and then becomes an important topic with more and more attention in all the countries on earth. Although different countries have different approaches and ways for the reform of retirement system, generally speaking, the current important direction of its research is to bring in the flexible retirement system and to strengthen its elasticity. It is reasonable for Henan province to carry on the flexible retirement system. We should differentiate the retirement of people, bring in flexible ages of retirement, bring in the mechanism of stimulation, and try to open new channels for employment.
