高校治理中的民主党派监督——以党的群众路线为视角

摘　　要：高校管理体制转变中的民主党派监督,不仅涉及高校的自主性,使得行政化管理转换为多方共同参与的扁平化治理,而且也是党的群众路线的集中体现。在实践中,高校民主党派监督还有诸多不足,只有克服这些不足和缺陷,才能使高校治理中的民主党派监督落到实处,才能使得党的群众路线在高校中化为实践工作,夯实党在高校中的统战基础。The supervision of democratic parties in the transforming process of the management system of universities not only involves the independence of universities that would transform administered management into flat management with joint participation of multiple parties, but also is the centralized reflection of the Mass Line of the Party. In practice, the supervision of democratic parties in u- niversities usually falls short, and only through conquering this shortages and defects could the supervision of democratic parties in universities be put into real effect and the Mass Line of the Party be endowed with practical significance, reinforcing the Party＇s united works in universities.
