成都市县级公立综合医院现状分析

摘　　要：目的了解成都市县级公立综合医院的业务能力、重点专科及科研论文等基本情况。方法自行设计调查问卷,实地走访调查22所医院。结果 22家医院中有5家(22.73%)为三级乙等医院,11家(50.00%)为二级甲等医院;博士研究生、硕士研究生所占比例分别为0.11%、2.65%,高级职称、中级职称与初级职称人数之比为1.00∶3.00∶6.86;共有省级重点专科5个,承担国家级科研课题3项。结论近年来成都市县(区)级公立综合医院得到了一定程度的提高,但总体发展水平参差不齐,人员结构有待完善,重点专科建设及科研能力还需进一步增强。Objective： To learn about the general situation of professional ability, key departments of specialty and theses of scientific research in county public comprehensive hospitals. Method：The authors made self-designed questionnaires and field survey on 22 hospitals. Result：5 of the 22 hospitals （22.73%） are the ones of Class B ,Grade 3 ,and 11 （50.00%） are Class A,Grade 2 with the proportions of 0.11% doctors of doctorate degree and 2.65% of postgraduate degree, the ratios of doctors of senior, medium and junior professional tides are 1.00： 3.00：6.86.5 key departments of specialty at provincial level are established, heading 3 state projects of scientific research. Contusion：In recent years, county public comprehensive hospitals have been improved in some degrees. However, the overall development is imbalanced, so further improvement should be made in personnel structure and the establishment of key departments of specialty, and the ability of scientific research should be further enhanced.
