口腔医院抗菌药物专项整治活动实施效果分析

摘　　要：目的 分析口腔医院在抗菌药物3年专项整治活动中抗菌药物临床使用情况,并对主要数据指标进行评价.方法 采用回顾性调查方法,对2011-2013年所有出院患者进行抗菌药物使用的统计分析,尤其对《全国抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动方案》（以下简称《方案》）中涉及的各项指标进行比对.结果 经过3年的监督治理,2013年口腔医院住院患者抗菌药物使用率、门诊患者抗菌药物处方比例、抗菌药物使用强度、Ⅰ类切口手术患者预防使用抗菌药物比例,均达到《方案》要求;住院患者手术预防使用抗菌药物术前0.5 ～2小时内给药率、Ⅰ类切口手术患者预防使用抗菌药物时间不超过24小时的比例,接近《方案》控制指标;医院感染病例数未出现明显变化,医院感染率未增加.结论 抗菌药物专项整治活动促进了抗菌药物的临床合理使用,有效控制了Ⅰ类切口手术患者抗菌药物的合理应用,保障了医疗安全.Objective： In order to analyze clinical application of antimicrobial drugs in the three-year special rectification in stomatological hospitals and evaluate the main data and indexes. Method：The authors make statistical analysis on the antimicrobial drugs of the discharged patients from 2011 to 2013 and special comparison of all the indexes involved in Scheme for Nationwide Special Rectification of Clinical Application of Antimicrobial Drugs （ hereinafter referred to as Scheme）. Result：After the three-year supervision and rectification, the inpatients＇ application rate of antimicrobial drug, prescription proportion of outpatients, use intensity, and the rate of preventive use of antimicrobial drug for operated patients with incision of type I meet the requirement of the Scheme. Dosing rate of preventive drug use 0.5-2hs before operation for the inpatients and the proportion of preventive drug use for the patients with incision of type I for less than 24hs approach controlling indexes in the Scheme. There is not significant change in the number of hospital infection cases, nor the increase in hospital infection rate. Conclusion：The special rectification of antimicrobial drug promotes the reasonable clinical application of antimicrobial drugs and effectively controls the rational drug application for the patients with incision of type I , which ensures medical safety.
