摘　　要：本文简单介绍了机构知识库及其发展现状,通过对主流构建平台的对比分析,创新地提出基于TRS系统的机构知识库构建思路和模型,以及相关运行维护策略,为进一步推动机构知识库的发展进行了有益的尝试。This paper introduced institutional repository and its current development. Through the comparison of the main tools of institutional repository construction, it creatively proposed the models and operation maintenance strategy of institutional repository construction based on TRS, which carried on the beneficial attempt to further promote the development of institutional repository.
