吉林省农业电子商务发展现状与展望

摘　　要：随着信息技术的不断发展,农业电子商务的广泛应用给农民带来了切实的利益。发展农业电子商务是发展吉林省农业产业化、信息化的有效途径之一。目前吉林省农业电子商务现已搭建第三方平台,迈出了农业电子商务的一大步,但仍存在网站功能不健全,物流与支付手段不完善等诸多问题。基于原有的基础上,解决现有问题以及拓展第三方平台,为主要的农业中小企业以及农民开拓一个资源共享平台,既可以得到利益,又可以满足对农产品消费者的需求,是我省需要下一步开展的主要任务。本文参考大量农业电子商务文献,并采取实地考察的方式,围绕吉林省农业电子商务主要特点和现行模式,结合吉林省农业电子商务发展现状以及存在的问题,提出解决方案并对未来电子商务的发展趋势进行展望和预测。With the development of information technology, widely application of agricultural E-commerce has brought tangible benefits to farmers. The development of agricultural e-commerce is one of the effective approaches for the development of agricultural industrialization and informatization in Jilin province. The third-party platform of agricultural e-commerce has been built in Jilin Province, which was a big step towards agricultural e-commerce, while there were still many problems, like the website functions and the logistics and payment methods were not perfect. Based on the original basis, to solve the existing problems and expand the third-party platform and develop a resource sharing platform for agricultural enterprises and farmers, can not only get the benefit, but also meet the demand of consumer on agricultural product, which has become the main tasks in Jilin. Considering a lot of references on agricultural e-commerce and practical work, and combining with the present situation and existing problems, and focusing on the main characteristics and current model of agricultural e-commerce in Jilin province, this paper proposed solutions and made prospect and forecast on the future development trend of Jilin’s e-commerce.
