摘　　要：依据农业科研单位实验室管理高效性、科学化的目标,结合实验室管理的实际需求,利用MVC架构模式、结合C/S(Client/Server)和B/S(Browser/Server)模式,建立了基于Web的第四代实验室信息管理系统(LIMS)。LIMS在不断的完善过程中,为农业科研单位实验室人员管理、仪器设备管理、制度建设、信息资源共享等方面搭建了良好的信息化平台。In order to manage laboratories efficiently and scientifically in agricultural research institutions, web-based fourth-generation Laboratory Information Management System was designed and developed, with the application of the MVC （Model-View-Controller） architecture model and C/S＆B/S structure models. During its gradually perfect process, LIMS provided an information platform for staff administration, equipment management, system construction and information resources sharing in laboratories of agricultural research institutions.
