微阅读环境下高校图书馆服务大学生就业策略研究

摘　　要：当前大学生就业问题已成为关系我国社会民生的战略性核心问题。高校图书馆应肩负起其社会责任,发挥自身优势,积极参与到大学生就业服务中。随着网络技术的快速发展,微阅读已经成为当代大学生获取信息的重要渠道。本文结合高校图书馆参与大学生就业服务的现状调查及国内高校图书馆开展微阅读服务的现状分析,探究了高校图书馆应如何积极应对微阅读时代的读者需求,创新大学生就业服务工作。The current college students’employment has become the strategic core issue in the society and people＇s livelihood. The university library should shoulder their social respondsiblity, and actively play their own advantages to participate in the university students＇ employment service. With the rapid improvement of internet technique, micro reading has become the important information channel for modern college students. Combining with the present situation of investigation and analysis on university library participating in university students＇ employment service, and the micro reading service in Hebei province, this paper expounded how to adapt to the readers’characteristics in micro reading era and actively carry out college students＇ employment service strategy.
