摘　　要：编制市级基础测绘规划是《中华人民共和国测绘法》的要求,也是市级基础测绘科学发展的客观需要。本文围绕市级基础测绘工作的主要内容,对市级基础测绘规划编制的背景、原则、现状、面临的形势、主要任务和保障措施等方面进行了研究。Planning of the municipal basic surveying and mapping is not only there quirements of the law , but also the needs of scien-tific development of the municipal basic surveying and mapping .This paper concentrates on the main content of municipal basic sur-veying and mapping work, and studies the background, principle, status, situation, main tasks and measures of planning the munici-pal basic surveying and mapping.
