摘　　要：面向服务的移动GIS开发与应用逐渐成为移动GIS领域研究的热点和发展趋势。本文首先介绍了Android终端和UCMap开发平台等相关知识;其次,详细地研究了基于移动GIS应用的Android平台开发环境搭建和基于UCMap平台的Android终端应用二次开发模块;最后,提出了一种基于移动GIS应用的UCMap平台开发与应用模式,并在Android平台上进行了相关技术验证,对移动GIS应用研究具有较高的技术参考价值。The development and application of service -oriented mobile GIS gradually becomes a research focus and development trend in the field of mobile GIS .The paper firstly introduces the related knowledge of the Android terminal and UCMap development platform.Secondly, studies the development environment establishing of the Android platform based on the application of mobile GIS in detail, so as the secondary development module on the Android application based on UCMap platform .Finally, puts forward a mod-el on development and application of the UCMap platform based on the application of mobile GIS , making the technical verification on the Android platform , which has a higher reference value .
