摘　　要：利用GIS,RS,GPS等先进技术,以地理信息为载体,以土地衍生税源为主要管理对象,摸清城镇土地使用税税源底数,提高税源监控水平,夯实征管基础,构建"以地控税、信息管税"的税源管理长效机制。Using GIS, RS, GPS and other advanced technology , taking the geographic information as a carrier and land derived tax sources as the main management object , find out the tax base of urban land use tax , improve the monitoring level of revenue , strength-en the basis of tax collection and management , and build a long-term mechanism of tax source management to control tax by land , manage tax by information .
