术中血液自体回收表格在骨科手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨自体血液回收表格在骨科手术中的应用效果。方法：选取2011年7月~2013年11月180例骨科手术患者作为研究对象，随机等分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规护理，观察组将自体血回收的操作步骤、内容进行准确排序，并制定成表格，按照此表格进行护理操作，观察比较两组患者平均回收血量、平均回输血量、平均异体输血量。结果：观察组平均回收血量、平均回输血量、平均异体输血量高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＆lt;0.05）。结论：自体血液回收表格式护理操作方法对常规方法进行了优化，使血液回收的过程更为顺畅、准确、安全。Objective：To explore the apply of the form type of auto-transfusion during orthopedics surgery. Methods：180 cases with orthopedics surgery pa-tients from July 2011-November 2013 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group received normal nursing,while the observation group received nursing with auto-transfusion form type. To compare the average recovery blood,back transfusion and allogeneic blood transfu-sion. Results：The average recovery blood,back transfusion and allogeneic blood transfusion in observation group was higher than that of control group,there was statistics sense（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：The form type nursing operation method of auto-transfusion during orthopedics surgery carry on excellent turn to the normal regulations operation method,which make the process of auto-transfusion more smooth, accurate and safe.
