摘　　要：目的:探讨品管圈在降低腰大池引流障碍中的作用。方法:成立品管圈,确立"降低腰大池引流障碍发生率"为活动主题,进行现状调查及要因分析,遵循PDCA工作程序,制定措施并实施、评价。结果:品管圈开展后,引流障碍发生率由活动前的88.35%降为27.87%,护理人员的综合素质有不同程度的提高。结论:品管圈可发现并解决护理工作中存在问题,提高工作人员的工作积极性和责任心,促进护理质量的持续改进。Objective ： To explore the quality control circle in the lumbar eistema drainage obstacle of function. Methods ： Set up the quality control circle, established ＂reduce the incidence of lumbar cisterna drainage obstacle＂ as the theme, and investigated and analyzed the factors to develop measures and evaluation, following the PDCA procedures. Results：After carrying out the quality control circle, drainage obstacle occurrence rate was decreased from 88.35 % to 27.87% （P 〈0.05 ）. The comprehensive quality of nursing staff has been developed to some extent. Conclusion：The quality control circle is a useful method which is able to find and solve the important problems in the nursing work, stimulate staffg work enthusiasm and responsibility, and promote the con- tinuous improvement of nursing quality,
